What are your prices?

Everything we make is bespoke, please therefore contact us for a price.

Where do you deliver to and what are the delivery charges?

We can arrange delivery worldwide.

Delivery charges are included within your pricing for UK mainland deliveries. Deliveries further afield are calculated based upon the size and weight of your consignment.

What thickness are the panels?

Standard thickness is 1.2mm for brass and copper sheet. We can apply a substrate if you wish to specify this.

Can you supply panels with cutouts for sockets, sinks, hobs etc.?

Yes, please provide us with a drawing showing locations and sizes of the cutouts required.

What is the maximum size you can supply?

Brass - 3000 x 1000mm (These are also rarely available in 3000 x 1200mm sheets - we would need to check with the mill as to availability at the point of order)

Copper - 2000 x 1000mm (These are also rarely available in 3000 x 1000mm sheets - we would need to check with the mill as to availability at the point of order)

How do I fix METALCLAD panels & what Sealant can be used?

You can use any grab adhesive and silicone sealant that is non-corrosive and suitable for use with metal, please always check the data sheets for the specific product you are purchasing to ensure that it will be compatible.

We recommend Hodgsons Silfix U9 as an adhesive.

Any colour matched sealant used must be suitable for use with copper and brass.

What tolerance needs to be allowed for when ordering?

For wall panels, we recommend deduction 2mm between the edge of the metal and any surface it butts up to.

What are your lead-times?

Manufacture and Delivery - 4-5 weeks

Measure, Manufacture, delivery and Install - 6-8 weeks

Fabrication - ie. any folded or pressed panels or application of substrates will increase the lead-time stated above by at least 2 weeks. If the project is complex we shall provide a lead time at the point of estimate.

How & when do we pay?

Full payment is required to proceed with orders under £2000 net. We do prefer full payment for all orders but are happy to accept a 50% deposit on orders over £2000 net with the final 50% due 2 weeks prior to dispatch.

Can you provide a complete measure and installation service?

Yes we can, please provide full address details along with a drawing/photograph so we can put together a price for this service for you.
