Delivery & Returns
Samples
100mm samples are £10 each plus £5.95 UK postage, usually sent within 2 working days. International postage is shown at checkout. Sample postage is free when you order samples with a panel order. If you return a sample in good condition within 30 days, we'll refund the £10 sample price (postage isn't refundable).
UK mainland delivery
Every panel is carefully packed and delivered to your door or site. UK mainland delivery is charged once per order and shown at checkout:
- Orders up to £500 + VAT: £75 + VAT
- Up to £1,250 + VAT: £120 + VAT
- Up to £3,700 + VAT: £185 + VAT
- Larger orders: around 5% of the order value
Worldwide delivery
We deliver worldwide. For the Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and anywhere outside the UK, please contact us and we'll quote delivery for your project before you order.
Lead times
Every panel is cut and patinated to order. Manufacture and UK delivery take 4–5 weeks. Folded panels, pressed panels or panels on a substrate add at least 2 weeks. For international orders and complex projects we'll confirm the lead time with your quote.
On delivery
Please check your panels on arrival and tell us about any damage within 48 hours, with photos, so we can put it right. If the outside of the package is damaged, please note this with the delivery driver.
Returns
Because every panel is made to your size and patinated by hand, made-to-measure orders can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Samples and the Sample Set can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the sample price, less postage.
